Whether you're visiting The Medical Center at Franklin for a routine diagnostic procedure or an unexpected trip to the Emergency Department, it's important to have the appropriate information to register.

For outpatient procedures such as lab, X-ray, or diagnostic imaging procedures, a dedicated entrance is available at the end of the hospital (see map below). Please bring the following:

• Photo ID (i.e. driver's license)
• Insurance card
• Copy of physician order, if applicable

When coming to the Emergency Room, insurance cards and photo ID will help expedite the registration process.
