Swedish massage- This is the best known massage of all massages. It helps to increase the oxygen flow in the blood, increase circulation, and releases toxins from the muscles. This massage helps to reduce stress, both emotional and physical.

Deep Tissue massage-When muscles are stressed they block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that builds up toxins in the muscles, and get blood and oxygen circulating properly. This is done by focusing on the deeper layer of muscle tissue and using deep finger pressure on contracted areas.

Sports massage- This massage is typically used before, during and after an athletic event or workout. The purpose is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain fatigue, relive swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and help prevent injury.
Prenatal massage- Focus on the mother to be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy. This massage helps to enhance the function of muscles and joints, improve circulation and general body tone, and relieve mental and physical fatigue. Prenatal massage may also help to reduce or eliminate excess water retention and has been proven to help in the overall birthing experience.
Chair massage- One of the quickest and simplest forms of massage, but with all the usual benefits. This massage is performed while the patient is fully dressed and sitting in a special chair designed for massage. The focus in a chair massage is the neck, back, and shoulders. Chair massage is usually done in 5 to 15 minute sessions.
